Join us for a ZOOM Webinar on Thursday, July 27, 2023, for a free 90 Minute Irrigation Basics and Programming Your Controller workshop hosted by California American Water, Monterey Peninsula Water Management District, and the Water Awareness Committee of Monterey County.
This webinar focuses on the purpose, potential & programming of irrigation controllers. July is Irrigation Month, so join us and learn about:
- Overview of an irrigation system
- Understand irrigation’s role in maintaining a soil moisture balance
- Why drip irrigation is more efficient
- Outline the purpose and potential of a weather-based controller
- Review basic terminology and programming principles
- Identify special functions, e.g., cycle & soak and seasonal percentage changes
- Troubleshoot typical problems
